Mod

Mod is a new condo development by Fraser McColl & Dan Robbins and Axiom Builders currently under construction at 1150 Cook Street, Victoria. The development is scheduled for completion in 2023. Mod has a total of 129 units. Sizes range from 445 to 762 square feet.
